In celebration of The Feast Day of Saint Francis of Assisi, Christians around the world gather to honor the patron saint of animals and creation with prayers for all creation and a blessing of the animals. Saint John's will celebrate Blessing of the Animals on Sunday, October 1st at 4:00 pm at the Grace Garden playground. Bring your animals, on a leash or in a cage, for a personal blessing from Rev. Georjean Blanton as we give thanks for our pets' place in God's world and in our lives.
