UWF Day of Discovery - November 7, 2026
Saint John's United Women in Faith will once again host a Day of Discovery, featuring classes by enthusiastic teachers who have expertise to share. Join us on Saturday, November 7, for morning and/or afternoon classes, open to all, congregation and guests aged 8 and over. Childcare will also be available by request (suggested donation: $5.00). A light lunch will be served from 12 - 1 p.m., between morning and afternoon sessions (suggested donation: $5.00).
In addition to finding new talents and knowledge, you can enjoy fellowship and fun at the Day of Discovery! Some examples of classes to be offered are: Advanced Weaving, Pottery, Learn to Play Mahjong, Parent-Child Communication, Fabric Collage, Make an Angel Ornament, Play the Ukulele, and Make a Gingerbread House. This event is a fundraiser for the United Women in Faith and all proceeds will support causes to benefit women and children locally, nationally, and internationally.
