For 2021, outside vendors have not been invited to participate, but the Market will retain many popular aspect of the traditional gathering.

Current plans include:

  • Saint John’s children and youth will be hard at work in the next few weeks preparing their popular potpourri jars as well as homemade ornaments to sell. Proceeds support programs through the year.
  • Calling all Saint John’s Bakers . . . the Bake Shop is Back for 2021!!! The Bake Shop will be open on both Saturday and Sunday with a wide variety of goodies supplied by our own bakers. Watch for further updates in the Saint John’s weekly newsletter in November.
  • Jams and Jellies and Pickles and More!!!! This year’s Mission Booth will emphasize consumable items to add that special touch to a holiday gathering. Those wishing to contribute should contact Nancy Williams. Contribution are due no later than Thursday, December 2nd.
  • Celebrating Christmas Past - Again this year, the Christmas Past booth will offer Christmas decor items to decorate your tree and add that special festive touch to your home. Anyone wishing to contribute new or gently decorations should contact Janice Curry no later than November 29th.

Proceeds from the Bake Shop, Mission Booth and Christmas Past all go to support the mission projects of Saint John’s.

Honor Friends and Family with Gifts of Hope

Each year the Saint John’s Risk Taking and Mission Services Committee selects a limited number of organizations to benefit from the Gifts of Hope. Under this program, donations are made to benefit one or more of the selected organizations to honor friends and family members during the blessed Christmas season. Donors receive an appropriate acknowledgement to present to that special person. Eleven organizations have been selected to benefit from your Gifts of Hope this year. Please click on each organization name below to learn more about their important work.

Donors may contribute to one, or as many groups as they wish. Contributors making donations online have access to a festive electronic certificate with details about their chosen organization(s) appropriate for printing to pass along to your honoree(s). The traditional printed acknowledgement cards and inserts appropriate for mailing will be available at the Market and can also be requested online.
