CHILDREN'S MISSION AND OUTREACH

VALENTINE'S DAY OUTREACH TO HOMEBOUND
Children gather in January to bake and decorate cookies. The cookies are placed in the communion bags delivered to our homebound members.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
Each year the Children’s Ministry provides a week of fun-filled learning and worship for children ages 4 thru entering 5th grade.

CHILDREN'S SABBATH
A tradition we share with many other denominations, every October Children’s Sabbath celebrates the children in our church and community as well as creating awareness of injustice for many children in our community, state, nation and world. This service typically features children participating in singing, speaking and reciting scripture.

THANKSGIVING FOOD DRIVE
In November, the Sunday School children and the children of Grace Garden Child Development Center collect food products which are donated to local food pantries.
